A confetti of letters, numbers, and colors: red beet, green spinach, orange carrot/annatto, and golden grain. All organically grown. Colors brighten when cooked. 60% whole grain durum flour and 40% golden amber durum wheat semolina passes the kid’s test. Made at the Eden Organic Pasta Company on vintage equipment with brass dies and slowly air dried. An excellent source of thiamin B1. A good source of protein, fiber, iron, niacin B3, magnesium, and zinc. Make purifying alphabet soup and very fun pasta salads. Packaged in a reclosable, recycled and recyclable box with a tasty recipe and its photo on the back.
