Description
Our pasta is made with only two ingredientsdurum semolina flour and water. We use traditional bronze dies to cut our pasta creating grooves that grab every drop of sauce. This corkscrew shaped pasta captures and holds onto sauce in each of its turns and curves, and is best served with a thick sauce.
