Were not sure thats exactly how it works, but we definitely added all the blueberries and mixed berries we could to a mineral-rich blend of pumpkin, sunflower, sesame and flax seeds. With only 1g of sugar, theyre our favourite toss-in-your-bag snack, cereal or topper for yogurt (or anything else)!
