Hand cultivated and harvested organic heirloom Italian Roma and Napoli tomatoes from a fifth generation family farm, cooked with a bit of organic EDENextra virgin olive oil and sea salt, and all organic non-irradiated herbs and spices. The only tomato brand in the U.S.A. in protective amber glass to prevent light damage of nutrients and flavor components, and to avoid bisphenols (BPA & BPS). On baked burritos, tacos, enchiladas, polenta, as bread or chip dip, and in soups and stew. Gluten Free, a good source of phytonutrients, and Kosher.
