Description
It was a long, cold winter and I was missing the beach. Since it would be a while before I felt the sand between my toes, I wanted to create a cookie that would bring the beach to me. As I looked around my kitchen for inspiration, I noticed one piece of key lime pie left over from the holidays. As I savored each bite of the key lime pie, I mixed NON-GMO ingredients; flour, cane sugar, eggs, butter and my new Key Lime Cookie Thins created a delightful new cookie. My family was so excited about the new cookies they didnt even notice the pie was gone!
