We really took one for the team with this. Though we’re no ninny to slow, laborious food prep payoff (hello, pomegranates and pistachios), the harvest and handle of this much tasty garlic have forever changed the fragrance of our fingers. We could have leaned more heavily into the bulb’s companions, like smooth parmesan and punchy herbs. But to bring your wing chicken, cauliflower, or otherwise a dip this rich and robust required every precious, stinky clove. Alas, it was ride or die.
